Strength Training & Boxing for the over 60's at the Country Club Huapai
We're having a FREE 'Taster' class of over 60’s strength training
through air boxing to improve your agility, posture mobility on
Friday 26 March 12.30pm for 1 hour at the Country Club.
It's heaps of fun and anyone can do it!
Don’t be put off by the word boxing - your teacher Kerri Law
is an expert at training people over 60s and into their 90s!
It is a brilliant way to get fit and have a laugh at the same time.
