We’re opening the Salon so we’re going to pop some corks!
We are very excited to welcome Anna Osborne, our locally
sourced hairdresser who will be operating out of our Salon
from next Thursday 15th April.
Anna specialises in creating and maintaining fabulous, modern
hairstyles for the over 60's. She brings us 30 years experience
of owning and operating Salons and Barbershops across Auckland,
including NZs oldest, the Devonport Barbershop which opened in 1878!

Strength Training & Boxing for the over 60's at the Country Club Huapai
We're having a FREE 'Taster' class of over 60’s strength training
through air boxing to improve your agility, posture mobility on
Friday 26 March 12.30pm for 1 hour at the Country Club.
It's heaps of fun and anyone can do it!
Don’t be put off by the word boxing - your teacher Kerri Law
is an expert at training people over 60s and into their 90s!
It is a brilliant way to get fit and have a laugh at the same time.

COVID-19 UPDATE 28 FEBRUARY 2021
As of 6am, Sunday 28 February, Auckland will move to Alert Level 3 and the rest of New Zealand will move to Alert Level 2 for the next 7 days. Following this announcement Country Club Huapai has gone into level 3 lockdown procedure.
The Village will be closed to visitors and all community activities will not be operating. Only access to essential visitors or visitors on compassionate grounds will be allowed. We appreciate your understanding at this time and ask that you abide by the level 3 guidelines click here
We will continue to keep a close watch on developments, advise you on any changes and assist to make this lockdown as stress free as possible. If you have any further queries please contact the Country Club Huapai Staff.

We’re delighted to show off a couple of photos from our Aqua Aerobic
‘taster’ session we had this week at the Country Club Huapai.
Spaces were very limited due to lockdown, but now we’re OK to take
in a few extra people, so we thought you might like to join us. It’s a
lovely opportunity to meet new people in the community and you
are also welcome to bring along a friend or two in the 60+ age group.
Our local instructor is Nikki Williams, and her hour long super-fun classes
are $10 per person. Our next class is on Monday 2nd March at 11:45
(time to complete a Health and Safety form before the class begins).

Aqua Aerobics is the most gentle exercise for maximum benefit.
Don’t forget to bring your water bottle, and be prepared to have a ball.
